Lee Morton has been a general contractor since 1969. He has developed properties (residential and commercial) and built numerous high-end residential/commercial projects in the North Bay area.
He began to explore the use of ICFs in 1998 for a client who wanted his development to have thick exterior walls. The research lead to training and a distributorship for the original "Blue Maxx" ICF. He now specializes in building with Logix ICFs - leaving the distributor duties to Morton Building Solutions.
Since the year 2000, we have constructed garages, barns, barrel rooms and retaining walls. We are presently nearing completion on a winery barrel storage building. The future contains a custom home in Healdsburg and a number of smaller projects.
